Social impact measurement: time to admit defeat?

He argues that human transformation is a complex, time-consuming and uncertain process that is underpinned by the persistence and love of workers – and as such very difficult to quantify. The article also points out the challenges of demonstrating impact when in practice delivering and measuring social outcomes is not always linear or regular.
