Councils and Homeless Teenagers

A number of case reviews have shown that children’s services and agencies are letting down vulnerable young people. Research presented in the Guardian found that of those young people given accommodation by their local authority, 8% were placed in B&Bs and 9% in shared accommodation with adults - despite this being against state guidance.
