Experienced Therapists & Children/Family Workers


With Kids supports emotional health and wellbeing in vulnerable children and families. We have upcoming sessional opportunities for therapeutic, emotional and practical support to be delivered in our partnership schools. Successful applicants will help to deliver services supporting resilience, self-esteem and self-reliance in children, parents and/or families experiencing difficulties. Roles will be specific to the needs of individual schools but also dependent on the skills and experience of the practitioner.

If you have experience with one to one or group work with children, parents/carers and/or families then we’d like to hear from you. Backgrounds in all therapies (particularly creative therapies), social work, third sector organisations, community work, the arts, health and/or education would be advantageous but any experienced practitioner is welcome to apply.

Do you have:

Experience working with children and families and a passion for this type of work

The ability to interact and communicate with children, parents and partner agencies

A friendly, approachable manner

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A flexible working style and ability to adapt to new situations

The ability to be reflective and insightful

Relevant qualifications or experience

Good communication skills


We offer a competitive rate of dependent on skills and experience. May also lead to part or full time work.
